Today I felt really go and my squats went great, I cant say this about my deadlifts. The deadlifts did feel OK but after looking back on the video I could see the problem. I have had some help from my YouTube fitness guys and I will be doing a bit of sumo lifts. I will be getting these on video and looking for errors in my form. I went onto the standing press after this and I really love the standing press. I have build this up to 47.5 kg and cant wait to move up the weights. On my program I go 10% lighter on the bent over row so was using 62.5 Kg, I enjoy getting the lighter weight on the row doing a lot of compound movements on the same day takes it tool. Finished off the day with close grip bench and incline curls. With the incline curls I got to use my new dumbbell handles. These are like a axle bar so it give you are really good forearm pump and will also help bring up my grip strength as well. I will post a picture of me holding one of my dumbbells.
